Service and Installations

We offer service on a wide variety of restaurant equipment, including rapid cook ovens, superautomated coffee and espresso machines, automated fryers, soft serve equipment, ventless hoods, and more. We can come to you, or we offer service at our Leominster, MA location.

MJM Technologies is licensed and insured. We are happy to provide proof of insurance as requested.

Rapid Fixes for Rapid Ovens

Time is money when your equipment is down, at MJM Technologies we strive to have the best response and repair time around. We offer the fastest fixes for Turbochef and Merrychef ovens in Worcester and Middlesex counties. Our technicians are on call 24/7, 365 days a year. We have a large inventory of parts for many of the most popular pieces of equipment and can often have you back up in running in hours rather than days. Call or email us anytime, we generally respond within 3 hours of most inquiries and offer after hours and overnight service to minimize impacts to your business.

Service Rates

We pride ourselves on upfront, reasonable rates. Our rates begin at $80/hour for basic diagnostics and service, with a trip fee of $75 and minimum charge of 2 hours labor for mobile service, and a mileage rate of $1/mile outside of a 30 mile radius of 01543. Some jobs are more complex and require our senior technicians to complete the repair, which is billed at $120 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Rates may increase for after hours and emergency service. Equipment can be dropped off for service at our Leominster, MA location - there is no minimum labor charge or trip fee for equipment serviced at our site.

Service Area

We serve all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as southern New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine, Northern CT, and Upstate NY. For scheduled service outside of our immediate vicinity we can batch your service with other customers to offer a reduced mileage fee.

Loaner Program

We offer a comprehensive loaner program for most equipment if expected repair time exceeds 2 business days. We have a selection of TurboChef and Merrychef ovens, Schaerer and Franke coffee machines, and Autofry ventless fryers available for short term use while your equipment is pending repair.
